Who we are
This website is run by Ecorayy Power Tech Private Limited (CIN U35105UP2026PTC249351), Narayan Nagar, Ushra Adda Road, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh 206001. We are responsible for the personal data you share here, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry or request a quote: your name, mobile number, city or PIN code, and anything else you choose to add, such as email, organisation, GSTIN, message or Quote List.
- When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Your Quote List is saved only in your own browser, for 30 days, and is sent to us only if you include it in an enquiry.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, and deliver and support what you order. If you tick the optional box, we may also send product updates on WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who handles it
Enquiries reach us by email through Web3Forms or FormSubmit (form delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting, email forwarding and cookie-free visit statistics), and are kept in our company email account. These services process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your data, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or order, and afterwards only as long as tax and legal records require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our reply, contact our grievance officer, or the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
