How do I ask for a price?
Add products to your Quote List and send it, or use “Get a quote” on any product page. We reply with a written quote.
Do you sell online?
We work through written quotes, dealers and projects, so you get the right price for your quantities and location.
Can I share my Quote List with someone else?
Yes. Open your Quote List and choose “Share list”. The link opens the same list on another phone. You can also save it as a PDF.
Is the solar site survey free?
Ask us when you book. The survey is how we give you real numbers for your roof and bill, and the terms are confirmed in writing before the visit.
How do I make a warranty claim?
See the Warranty page. Email us at [email protected] with your invoice and a photo of the product.
How can I check that Ecorayy is a registered company?
Every registration number is on our Registrations page with steps to verify it on official government portals.
